Give Us The Service You Promise

<p>It's 10:45pm. I've been at Park since 9pm waiting for a bus that should have left for Durban at 10. I'm standing here with people who should've left Joburg by 8pm. Why are you overbooking your busses? Why are your customers paying more money for such service?</p>
