Fuming

I had booked a bus for 18:00 from kolstad to Durban.2hrs later I was told that the bus is running 4hours behind schedule.I had to take a taxi because I could not wait for such a long time.I had to rush to Durban because I had to go to work at 23:00...I then sent them an email asking for a refund.I was told no refund.I am fuming as I type,mind you this is my hard earned money.
