Frustrated customer

We spent anost 14 hours in a bus traveling from Durban to Johannesburg. First the driver got lost spent over an hour trying to get back to n3 and next the bus broke down we set for almost 4 hours in a busy free way no explanation what so ever what was the issue. As I type this massage it's 23:10 we left Durban at 11:00 and we still not arrived at our destination.

My question is do you drivers plan the routes they are taking . Does the buses get checked before they leave the depot . Because at the moment this *********** is putting our lives at risk we woman now are to travel at the dead of the night .
