frustrated customer

<p>I've been at Midrand station waiting for Intercape bus since 14h00 and the bus was suppose to leave at 14h45 but i'm still here at 16:14. Bad customer service not even a call to apologise and tell us what could be the delay. I don't want to see this bus in my life.</p>
