From great to horrible

If I could give a no star I would.I took a trip from PE to Potch with 2 beautiful drivers on the 2nd of Nov.One drivers name is Lusanda.Beautiful people.Neat.Professional and even between the designated stops accommodated the smokers that need it.But on my return on 4 Nov totally different story.Getting intimidated and ****** as a white female passenger.Being showed the "ill **** you sign" if I dare try to disembark for a refresher at the shop across the street (it takes seconds).No one telling the passengers over the intercom this is or not a 15 minute break and no tv.The toilet smelled as I was sitting right at the back and the overweight driver put the ******* back right there.! I will expect I urgent response regarding this or I will be taking this to the media!!!
