Freezing bus

We're experiencing a terrible issue since yesterday The bus from Cape Town to Johannesburg can't heat up as in now ,foot are freezing we're dying we can't stay like it's been 8 hours already this is death we're in a cooler, tried to call they only say we should report the issue on intercape care desk but this is emergency we can't stay another 10 hours We can't pay for this , refund us!!! This is unhealthy
