FOR ALMOST 7 HOURS NO STOP

I booked Intercape and we were told we will take a bus called Big Sky. No problem, it was on time. But the fact that we left Pretoria at 18h30 yesterday and now it's 01h10am, almost 7 hours and the bus has not made even one stop to refresh, access toilets and buy water or something is veey weird.
