FIX YOUR SEATS

I had a very bad experience with the Intercape Bus Company recently and its sad because i always travel with them, however this time around it was **********. I was travelling from Vereeniging to Durban with my toddler daughter on the 3rd July 2024, and we sat at the very last seat of the couch.

I had to become a maintenance guy for 8 1/2 hours fixing the bus seat my daughter was using because i suppose nobody bothered to do their rounds. When i asked one of the drivers if there was anything they could do to temporarily fix the problem and ensure a comfortable journey, they just nonchalantly said there was nothing they could do. When I wrote to Intercape they said they could only offer me a discount on my next trip, valid for 6 months. Unfortunately I wont be travelling with them any more and I want 50% of the ticket price refunded.
