First time experience

My first experience with intercape 13 February 25. Bus nice and clean. Bus got a flat tire. Tire was change took more than half an hour. Driver's not friendly at all. We drove for more than 6 hours before we got our first break to stretch our legs and to buy something cold. We were told they late already due to the flat tire and there will not be a lot of stops for us to refresh.We have to request for the Aircon to be put on after a break every .We were told that the toilet is not in good working conditions so we have to tell the driver you want to use the toilet for number 2. After a few uses the toilet get an awful smell. For the intire trip from13 feb25 at 10:45 leaving Durban up until 14 February 25 after 2 arriving in Belleville no- one cleaned the toilet. There's supposed to be a cleaner on the evey stop point. For health reasons. Sleeping conditions awful.
