Failed to refund us

The worst experience ever from intercape they sell a ticket to my wife from PTA to George and she was pregnant only when she has to do the check in they refused entry because of her pregnancy. Then we said it's ohk can you please refund us so that we can find alternative way to go they refused we were left with no money to travel as it was our last money . When we call the customer care there were so arrogant and very disrespectful. I won't ever ever recommend anyone to use this bus service everybody is just rude you trying to tell them but they listen all they care about is the money not customers they only give voucher which is all wrong they said my wife can't use their bus because of her pregnancy where are we supposed to use this vouchers this was. This is the worst bus service I ever seen ever
