F*#&#d Up Buses

Once again intercape bus has left people stranded. Bus has just broken down at mount frere eastern cape. Passengers have to wait 4hours for a bus from durban to pick them up.is peoples complaints falling on deaf ears. The very same thing will happen again and again. Rude arrogant drivers, bus breaking down, dirty toilets and the list goes on. Bad service!!!!!
