Extremely late, Bad Service at Call Centre

<p>A warning was given on my bus being late for a specific amount of time, but when that time passed, I called the 24hr call centre to find out when the bus would arrive, they said the bus was not late on the 'system'. I continued to wait another 1,5 hours. </p>
