EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY

I booked a bus for someone in East London. Went to the bus station and was told the bus would go past East London station and it went straight from The Windmill, so it left me. When I went to Windmill I was told to pay for another ticket for a bus later in the day. I paid almost a R1000 for those tickets, a granny and a 1 year old. The child was not even 1 year yet when I paid full fair for her. I was then told I must come and claim at the Cape Town office as I was coming to Cape Town. Only to find a rude person telling me I will not get a single refund. One of your people told the granny that the bus does go past East London Station, and she was there way before 6h00 in the morning. When all else failed she still went to the Windmill and sat there the whole day. This whole trip cost me almost R2000, just for a single trip to Cape Town. I am not happy about this service and I want my money back. Your staff is very rude and misdirecting because they said the bus goes through East London Station and any other bus line would have let her board with the current ticket.

Now there is no money to come back because we paid the whole R2000 on a single trip....
