Extremely bad service

Worst experience ever, the bus was overloaded with people who didn't even have tickets. We bought tickets but didn't even have space one of us had to sit with the driver. Were were at the weigh bridge for more than 3 hours we were late for our check in. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use intercape buses not even my worst enemies.

They don't deserve customers cause they don't even care about our safety 😠😠😠😠😠
