expensive,unreliable . What are we paying for ?

I had the most annoying experience with intercape which changes prices daily so they can trap people into paying for what seems to be a flight ticket and then an unexplained delay of over 2 hours , God forbid it turns into 3. When I call the help number they tell me it's a few km's away or a few minutes away . So not only is it no longer affordable it's also unreliable. Worst delay without the curtacy of notifying passengers of the delay . If this bus arrives at all this is the last time I use this coach
