Excellent Service

First time experience was awesome with awesome service from customer care, service desk and drivers. My family was travelling to Durban 15 December 2021 and my daughter forgot her handbag which had valuables i.e IDs and Passports. I called the call Centre to inform them and was assisted by Nomsa who did not hesitate to quickly find the bus that my family were travelling in and in minutes she came back to me with good news that the bag was recovered. A few minutes later Mr Ntombela called me to let me know they have sent the driver to deliver the bag at Durban station from the Depo. without any hustle I managed to get all the stuff.
