Excellent service and pleasant journey.

As much as we write reviews for dissatisfaction we receive,I believe that it’s just as important to give props where and when they are due. My mom and I traveled from Cape Town to King William’s Town on the evening of 20/ 09/2022 from Cape Town station. We took the 18:30 bus number 615. The service was top notch! Excellence from the attendant who was weighing our baggage and issuing tickets to the bus driver. How refreshing it was that the bus arrived on time, which gave us plenty of time to settle in and make ourselves comfy. The attendant was friendly and energetic. The bus driver was respectful and calm, he’d even assist the passengers to find available seating when they were getting on at the different stops. Needless to say our journey to King William’s Town was the most pleasant I’d had in a while. This is the Intercape I had grown to know for so many years. What a difference it makes when people enjoy what they do. Many many thanks to the driver of bus number 615!
