Escalation: Unresolved Complaint Against Intercape Mainliner – Refusal to Address Seat Booking Issue

Paid for our seats from Hanover to Midrand booked 2 seats together – someone else sat on our seats, the driver refused to help. We had to sit on the bus stairs for 3 hours without any help. The assistant driver walked over us to get to the toilet @IntercapeBus
