****ed up servicen

I am currently in a Bus from Cape Town to Port, Bus number 8113 and registration ICG 8113 GP. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior, the 2 drivers for this Bus are by far the worst. These guys have no way of speaking to passengers and their behaviour is appalling. At some I was in an argument with one of them because of seats, 4 people went off the Bus withing the first 2 hours, they allowed aboit 3 guys to enter the Bus and sell the next thing they drive off with them and refused to let them get off. I mean what the **** is this? We paid but not to be treated like Intercape is doing us a favour
