*****ed service

Phoned to cancel my ticket but was told it was to short notice so the lady had to transfer the ticket to a later date and she will then cancel it...3 weeks later and still did not receive my refund so i contact them just so intercape can tell me my ticket was never canceled only transferd and i lost all the money
