So disgusted right now. I called Intercape to book a bus for my young brother who’s supposed to attend an interview tomorrow. They confirmed the booking and advised me to proceed with the payment. After making the payment i had to wait for an hour without any communication from Intercape. I called them and they were not answering until I got their WhatsApp number only to be told that the bus is full mind you payment has been done already and the interview is in a few hours time. My brother might miss the interview. **** service from Intercape and they don’t even call to make an alternative but only tell me to wait for my refund with 2 to 4 weeks
