Dust mites

I had the most horrible day the 4th of January 2024 InterCape bus services should start cleaning their buses inside, I sent them a mail but they never responded and I'm disappointed... Due to this review I got bite by Dust mites and my whole body got a allergic reaction and I had to go see a doctor because it looked bad even in my face and yet today I had to go to work with a face full of ****les and it's irritating because it's itching whole time Please assist
