Drunken intercape agent at work.

I was with a friend waiting for a Bus @ Queenstown station,she went to ask with the Agent whom was @ work @ that moments 2Males whom seemed to be drunk,They sent him to another station and ddnt care about her wellbeing since it was late.Whlle going there her Bus arrived,They ddnt call the drivers to check where they are instead sent someone to an unsafe station,Bad customer service,risking a persons's life. The Bus left her and the drivers put in someone in that ladies space ....
