Driver's disgusting behavior

Hello Peter. I'm Retsoanetse Mapena. Booked an Intercape bus tickets with my family we are going to Peter Maritzburg today. Horrible treatment. The driver is so rude. When we arrived here we told him that our baby is 21 months old and told us to produce the baby's birth certificate. We told him we didn't bring it with us but we did bring it along when we went to book and they said the baby won't pay. We are here in Park Station and our bus should be leaving any minute from now but the driver is busy causing drama, telling us we should put our plastics, food, hand bags and baby bags under our sits and not above the sits where they are usually put. He even told us that if we don't do that he won't drive us. Telling us that he's been driving this bus for many years and his word goes. He's been mistreating us since we got here. I'm so hurt. I'm so disappointed. I've been an Intercape Client for years and I have never experienced such treatment. Guys please talk to your driver's and teach them manners.
