Driver was a Bully & Disappointing Service from Drivers

I traveled at 17:15 with bus number 212 from Port Elizabeth to JHB on the 13th of December 2022. The service from the drivers was very rude and mediocre. Firstly, the wipers were not working and it was raining. How does a big brand like Intercape not have functioning wipers on a long-distance bus during the rainy season? The driver parked on a side road for approx 2,5 hours in total. No one updated us about why we were parked in the middle of nowhere at night. We had to ask each other. Then afterwards, the bus hit a Kudu and the windscreen broke. Again, no one told us what had happened and some gentleman had to go and enquire on our behalf. We got to Bloemfontein and we were changed into another bus, from Sleepliner to some normal bus :( and, we were 3 hours behind time. No apologies, nothing! When we got to JHB park station. The driver (big Broer) threatened to smack a customer because the customer grabbed his bag while he, the driver was busy lighting up his cigarette to smoke. the customer told him but you seemed busy and I could see my bag that's why I took it, I'm in a rush. During our journey, he was swearing at other drivers on the road saying Voetsek when they hoot at him. Very unprofessional and a bully of note!
