Driver Left me stranded with nowhere to go even though i arrived 15 minutes before depart time

I booked a bus from Johannesburg Park Station to Harare on the 13th of July 2019 at 1pm. Arrived at the station at 1245pm to check in. They told me the check in time is closed yet there was still 15 minutes for me to get into the bus. The driver was standing by the check in point supposedly waiting for a manifest and he did not allow me into the bus, telling me that i was late. I told them the bus says it departs at 1pm not at 1245 but they could not tolerate me. When i was still negotiating with the check in girls, the driver got his manifest and disappeared to the bus and took off, leaving me with nowhere to go and stranded in a foreign land, with no money to check in a hotel or food. I spoke to Siphokazi from the customer care who confirmed that its their terms and conditions and there are within their rights to abandon passengers just like that since the terms and conditions stipulate that the driver is allowed to depart even 15 minutes before scheduled time
