Driver has no manners and doesnt have customercare

For the 1st time on my life i booked an intercape bus because the greyhound was full. Not knowing that it would turn out to be as bad as people always said. This buses Engen was over heating and the driver stopped the bus to try and solve it and then without any explanation he moves the bus and i ask him whats wrong with the bus you cant just move it without explaining to passengers the problem n if the bus is okay and with attitude he says *khawume sisi ngizabuyela kuwe* meaning i must chill he come back to me and he ckicks his tongue infront of people i contained myself and wheb he stopped @the garage i confront him and tell him i dont appreciate the way he spoke to me very arrogantly he says sisi i cant be stressed by the bus and you on the side.i mean its my life that im worried about and i paid for this bus and as i write this we are 2hrs behind schedule time and this is the **** service i get. This is so pathetic this shud be dealt with accordingly. I mean really you cant expect me to chill if i can see my life is put to risk. People tried to ask him several times to stop but he turned a blind eye how can intercape trust such people with our lives. Sort this man out.
