My son forgot his bag in the bus from Pietermaritzburg to kestell. And we called the lagage department to arrange for the bag to come with the next available bus. On the 29th April 2023 a bus left Pretoria at 7.30 am heading to Durban. The bus was suppose to drop of the school bag at kestell in the free state on the 30 April 2024 at 00:30 am. O called in at midnight to confirm if the bus was gonna stop and I was told that the bus is 15km away. I waited till 00:30 only to see the bus passing via the harrismith road not making a stop at the kestell stop. Now my son never go to school on Monday and now it's Tuesday he still not gonna go to school. I called intercape and one useless lady is telling me she can't help me if I don't have a ticket number and she put me on mute. I called again and only then she decided to help me. Upon her helping me she is telling me. To follow the bus to harrysmith or wait for the driver when ever they will be coming back from Durban. In the interim my son is not going to school due to an *********** drivers who can't for direct orders. I'm very disappointed with intercape and the particular driver.
