Don’t use INTERCAPE BUSES

I had a very negative experience with Intercape. I made every effort to address the issue with Grace, but the person in charge of their customer service team came across as quite rude in their email response. They showed no willingness to listen to my needs or provide a refund. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.
