DONT USE INTERCAPE

I made a booking for my mum who was leaving Harare on the 30th of October at 730pm. She was supposed to arrive on the 31st at 1230pm. They had the first break down at 10am in Louis Trichardt. Apparently they delayed at immigration at Beitbridge.the bus could not be fixed and they were moved into another Intercape bus that was coming from Lilongwe, Malawi. Just 120km away from Pretoria, the Lilongwe bus had a break down again at 6pm.I have called the call centre and they said there is nothing that they can do except to wait for the mechanic to fix it. My poor mother has been on the bus for more than 20 hours. If Intercape cannot service the Joburg Harare Route, they must just leave it. This is completely unacceptable. I had booked a return ticket and I definitely want my money back. I and all my colleagues will never be using Intercape again. Their service sucks
