Do not book a Ticket with Intercape for a minor.

Booked a bus ticket in December for a minor who was supposed to get off in Pretoria, we were asked to fill-in a consent form which was done, next morning we find out that the child was dropped off in JHB and now we have to make means of getting from Pretoria to JHB to collect him.

Why do you guys need a consent form for a minor if the drivers will not make it a priority that the kids get off the correct destination? What an inconvenience it was. Will make sure to tell everyone not to book their kids with y’all as the consent forms is just for vibes.

If anything had to happen to him in JHB station then who was going to be accountable? ******* service.
