Disssapointing bus service lost my brother

I booked a ticket for my 2 brothers to go to Pattersen in PE yesterday, they left with a 15h45 bus. They were going to that place for the first time and didnt know where to get off. But they expected that there would be an announcement at every stop. The drivers were drinking alcohol on their way and they didnt bother to announce. Until the bus stopped at Queenstown. So the bus passed with them and dropped them off where they are not going. Now they have to pay R300 to a taxi to take them back to Pattersen.
