Dissatisfied and disappointed in Intercape staff

I boarded Intercape last night 18-06-2019 from Welkom to Durban. Upon arrival at Durban station my luggage was missing. The bus assistant was rude and not helpful at all. He took my bus ref and said he will try to locate where the luggage got lost but I haven't heard anything till now. I called Intercape to report this matter and was advised that a consultant will call me but I haven't received a call me to lodge an official complaint. This is really frustrating because I have valuable things in my luggage but they don't have any care in the world. I'm clueless on a way forward because of their lack of communication and assistance. The treatment is really annoying whereby you don't know what happens to instances like these because it wasn't my fault that they were careless in the handling of people's belongings and now I'm the one left in all this mess
