Dissatisfied

I bought a ticket for my sister for her to travel from Ladysmith to East London on the 08th July 2023 and the bus was suppose to leave at 22h55,but it didn't arrive and there was no notification about the delay.The bus only arrived 3hours later.They are serve is getting bad by day
