Dissapointing Intercape Bus ICG 912

So disappointed with Intercape we were stuck for 2 hours in Colchester Port Elizabeth in the middle of nowhere early hours of Wednesday morning 25 12 19 all because the bus ran out of diesel, who on earth does not check diesel apparently drivers were supposed to check diesel in Kokstad. It's amazing that no one even cared to send smses to apologies about the incident we must take it. You guys are not the same anymore, basically you don't care makes me wonder what has changed..... Back in the days even a 15 minutes delay we would get sms's so so disappointed.
