Dissapointed

<p>I'be been using intercom for the past 4 years and although I have experienced a few hiccups i've never really complained until now. I am really dissapointed at the service we get especially travelling to the eastern cape. First and foremost I fail to understand how a 13hours journey does not qualify for a sleepliner. Today has to be the worst of all my journeys with intercom I think driving down to Mthatha or even taking a taxi for that matter would have been far more better. Not only is the bus we using old and uncomfortable but I also cut my leg on one of thsee footstep things used to elevate your feet. I left Greyhound for the exact same reason 4 years ago grating people from the eastern like they don't matter. I'm really disapointed. This bus is far worse than a Siyaya taxi, so much for luxury coach and the seat I'm in won't even recline, I have to keep pushing it back. </p>
