Disrespectful employee of the month !!!

I am finding it quite challenging that in such a big company like intercape hires people who have no courtesy to their clients I am taking a bus on the 05-12-2025 currently 7:56 on this day there is one of your workers packing our bags/luggage, I noticed him disrespect a young lady and her family because they didn't know the exact place they are going to however in the right bus he showed so much disrespect to her and told she is not normal in the head he later started with me and continued to ask where am going I showed him the ticket to confirm the area as this is my first time encountering such behavior using intetcape your employee told me am not ok in the head something is wrong with me in the head (please note I was polite) I further said here's the address I just don't know it by head but I have it unfortunately he started disrespecting me in a condescending manner I still continued to be polite but he was very rude to me and I just got fed up with him and told him to stop shouting at me he continued to show that he didn't want to put my bag in because I didn't know where I was joining just like the other family I witnessed being insulted infront of me and their bags also being put on wait because they don't know the area by head I honestly will not be booking with you guys a flight ticket cost R100 more to be sworn at saying futesk to a client because I said I know my rights and informing him that his manner of approach is very rude he still continued with the disrespect and I told the other guy his working with if this is funny to him why is he treating people like this he said "the reason why is asking is because he wants to pack the bags in order I said no problem I gave him the address he then said I must know it by head not read it on my phone" this id quite obsured really I will not be using intercape because of such people disgusting service . I will be flying back rather than use your services NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!
