Disrespectful Driver / Packer. - No action taken by Intercape

I have traveled with Intercape over the Easter weekend , upon my return from Grahamstown , bus number 915 (FROM PE TO JHB). Upon boarding the bus, the bus driver / packer , was rude screaming at me as a women Solo Traveler. The utter and poor disrespect these men have women is appalling. I layed a complaint with Intercape , stating that I want action taken , and to day on the 9th of April , no one has bothered to call me.
