Disrespectful driver

A driver from the tour liner bus (502) who drove a bus which departed at 21h00 from Durban Station kicked my luggage and refused when I asked him to please pick it up. That was very disrespectful from him since he kicked it over. I need action to be taken against this driver. Intercape can't be working with drivers this disrespectful!!!!
