Dismayed by the rudeness

My sister took a bus from Pe to Jhb on 26/9/2015 for 17:30.What happened on that day is a very ill man was allowed to board the bus even though he looked sick and could bearly walk.He was assisted by his friend to board the bus.Now when the drivers were asked how do they allow a sick person this other driver or assistant responded rudely.We ended up argueng unessarily.The bus that was no 208.My question is what is your policy on sick people.What happens if that person needed medical attention.Instead of giving answers this tall african guy with a bighish belly was utterly rude .At one point he said he said he did not care if I reported him.I just thought i should stop talking to the man bcz i was afraid my sister was goinh to be treated badly and thats exacly what happened.This is unacceptable behavour.<br> <br>
