Dishonesty and Disrespect

<p>I booked a ticket from the Pietermaritzburg office going from PMB to BFN. I specifically requested the front seats on topdeck for personal reasons. I made it clear to one of the booking staff members and they showed me that the seats were in deed on the front row closest to the window. The staff member was Lungelo. The day of travel I confirmed with another staff member by the name of Afika. When my niece and Mom boarded the bus they found that the seats were not the requested ones. When we complained the staff member (Afika) was very rude and disrespectful, he would not give us his name, and told us that even if we Cancell we won't get our refund although we did confirm with him before we bourses the bus and he said the seats were indeed the front row window seats. Which they were not. He told us he can't book everyone on front row seats because there are 72 people or so on the bus. </p>
