Disgusting unprofessional service

Unprofessional, disgusting service. Bus went out at 6am in Pretoria and now we stuck in the middle of nowhere and the driver is not even keeping us up to date. He doesn't even know what time the other bus will be here. We are in the middle of heat and no shade with kids all over. Can your company please fix this mess and teach drivers how to communicate. Super bad service! Nonsense to be exact. They saw that it has a problem in JHb but continued ***. Is this the service we pay for. People have commitments and we all gonna be late OMG.
