Disgusting smelly Toilet and Leaking roof

I have experienced the most horrible service from intercape bus 155, Firstly the bus was traveling at about 40km for about an hour, in. Harris Mitchell the bus struggled to be started secondly the toilet is not working we were not even informed of that the smell was awful, thirdly after reaching Heidelberg it was raining inside the bus because of the leaks on the roof we cannot be expected to bear with such we were supposed to. Arrive in Johannesburg Park Station by 18:18 it is now 19:13 we are still not there we pay for our trips and expect to get the service we are promised but totally got the opposite with bus 155
