DISGUSTING SERVICES

Intercape has always been a reliable bus but recently they have a terrible service always delaying it is so disgusting you can imagine passengers who doesn't have cars that are smiling in that Idutywa garage without shelter just on the road with hobos walking up and down, you might even be ******. We are not even notified of the delay , I'm done never again. This bus is the same like APM now no care for customers. This is seriously unacceptable. My contact is ***
