Disgusting services!!!

Utterly disappointed!!! It’s been a year now I’m trying to get my refund on my tickets purchased But no avail all I get is a voucher for that is valid for 3years but I’m tired of telling the stuff that I’m not going to use this as I need my money

It’s 3500 rand worth the tickets

These tickets were bought for a group of guys that were traveling to Cape Town and failed to travel due to medical issues

I’m tired of running up and down to get my refund If there is a fees for a refund I don’t mind that but just damn give my money bac****

Every stuff keeps giving different stories and tell me to go sell tickets to people like a mad street person!!
