DISGUSTING SERVICE LETTING US PAY FOR OTHERS INCOMPETENCE

On the 28th November 2020 i bought a bus ticket from Shoprite in Aliwal North for R1761 from Durban to Cradock 14 December 2020 and then from Cradock to Durban 20 December 2020. To my surprise both busses where canceled and the bus now runs from Durban - Bloem and Bloem to Cradock. As i feel the person will still reach Cradock just way later than expected i said okay I'll pick the person up from Bloemfontein (loosing out on the ticket to Cradock) i asked the lady on the phone if the ticket back was still the same and she confirmed that the ticket from Cradock to Durban is the same. The next day i was called and surprise damn hell surprise this ticket has also changed. I asked the lady on the phone to then change the ticket so the person coming would then leave from Cradock going to Bloemfontein and then from Bloemfontein to Durban to which i now get a even sweeter surprise....I need to pay another extra R861 on top of the R1761 i have already paid, like damn hell are you completely insane? R2622 for a bus ticket from Durban to Bloem and then from Cradock to Bloem and then Bloem to Durban. Why should i pay extra for the fact that the bus service just decided to cancel the direct bus trip and change the bus trip now i should pay for that??? ARE YOU COMPLETELY OUT OF YOUR GOD DAMN MIND!!!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY AFTER THIS NEVER MAKE USE OF THIS BUS SERVICE AGAIN!!!! THIS IS GOD DAMN DISGUSTING!!!!
