Disgusting service

I'm disgusted by intercape service bus 907 from Engcobo to Capetown on 10 October 2024 which was firstly supposed to depart at 15h30 but delayed and left 17h10 because it had a fault in Umtata but still they let it come out faulty as it is. Their service is disgusting it's 2am and we are stuck in the middle of nowhere.
