Disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service . To the drivers who drove the ICG616 bus on the 03 June 26 that departed from Shelly beach to Park station 18h20 to arrive the next morning. You need to be FIRED. And then go drive taxi's rather. Your behaviour was the worst. They played african music on loud dispite the bus having a multi-cultural passengers aboard. And when asked to just please put a bit softer they ignored the passengers. Since when did travelling with a bus become about the drivers. How is it that drivers play their personal music sticks in the radios and deny paying passengers requests for softer music and a movie. Intercape your driver's are very terrible. Their service is disgusting. And why are seats not allocated. My husband payed an extra R120 for full flexi seats and nothing. I WILL NEVER BE USING INTERCAPE AGAIN. Terry.
