Disgusting service by intercape for the second time nxa

I booked a bus that was supposed to leave Bloemfontein at 8:05, the bus was 4 hours late and an sms was only sent 20 minutes later than when the bus was supposed to here, no one explained why the bus was running late and we as customers had to try and come up with our own plan to get to our designated destination. This is ridiculous and intercape should stop running a business because they have no idea what they are doing. Disgusted
