Disgusting service

Disgusting service I had received at park city this morning. I had to pick the bis at 9AM unfortunately I had a var breakdown on the way. Ive tried to call their call centre I ddnt come true their lines were busy I had manage to arrive the bus had left already I had a conversation with the cashier she was very rude telling me it's none of her business to have a car break down and my calls no being answered I must rebook because I've forfeited my money. I my relatives and friends will never book intercape anymore.
